The Architecture team helps make sure all of our technology works well together and supports what we’re trying to build as a company. We set the overall direction for how our systems should be designed, help teams use the right tools and technologies, and step in to reduce risks or speed things up when needed.
We partner closely with Agile Release Traing (ART) leadership, Product and Development, as well as Production Operations (ProdOps) and Information Security, to make sure everything is built in a way that’s scalable, reliable, and aligned with our goals.
The Data Science team is responsible for generating insights and models to improve the product and create new capabilities. The team accomplishes this through data engineering, statistical analysis, machine learning, AI, and traditional programming techniques. A few examples of this team’s work includes transaction categorization, the Big Beautiful Bill Act insights, and MoneyGuidePro Importer.
The Software Development organization is responsible for building and enhancing our industry-leading Financial Planning and Aggregation SaaS solutions. We work in close partnership with Product Management, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Security, Production Operations, and Client Services to deliver valuable, reliable, high-quality capabilities for our customers. Through a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and learning, we empower our teams to innovate and take pride in the quality of the products they build. Agile Program Operations (APO) enables and continuously improves the Agile practices we use to deliver working software for our customers. The group promotes flexibility, adaptability, and rapid delivery of value by supporting our pragmatic mix of proven Agile frameworks. APO partners across eMoney departments to help eMoney deliver better, stronger, and faster, with a focus on delivery, tooling, reporting, and continuous improvement.

The Quality Assurance (QA) team is responsible to uphold high quality standards for eMoney clients through QA governance, processes and extensive testing methods within software development to identify and address potential issues early in the SDLC process for continuous development, testing and delivery.
