Employee Success & Development

The Employee Success & Development team supports several key functions across our organization, including:

We help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes – supporting new hire orientation, background checks, people policies, employment verification, labor law requirements, and more!

We work to strengthen the employer–employee relationship through meaningful engagement, thoughtful conflict resolution, and overall workplace support. Our PX business partners collaborate directly with their assigned business units to manage talent, address challenges, and drive performance.

We provide employees with the tools and training needed to succeed. This includes instructor-led courses, leadership programs, manager and professional development, and more. Visit the Learning & Development page on the Intranet to explore opportunities available to you.

We help facilitate the annual goal-setting and self-appraisal process, ensuring employees have the guidance and support they need. Visit the Managing Performance page on the intranet to explore tools, timelines, and resources

We manage and maintain our HR information systems (HRIS), enabling accurate employee data, streamlined processes, and easy access to important resources/information for both employees and managers.
