We’re so excited to launch the new and improved life@eMoney Intranet! With its fresh new look, updated site navigation, enhanced functionality, new business unit pages, and more – we hope that the Intranet will continue to serve as a valuable, reliable resource and a centralized information hub. Check out some key highlights of the new site below.
- Say goodbye to VPN access! No more will you have to be logged into VPN to access the Intranet. Hip, hip, hooray!
- NOTE: You’ll still need to use Okta to access the site just like all of our other internal applications.
- Mobile-friendly design. Now that VPN isn’t an issue, there’s no reason why you can’t access the Intranet from your mobile device.
- Updated search. Nuff said. You can now search for what you’re looking for and find accurate results.
- New Business Unit Pages. Each Business Unit has a dedicated page that provides a functional overview of what they do at eMoney and the best ways to contact the team.
- Tagging. Everything on the new Intranet will be categorized by a set list of tags – making it easy to find related content.
- Coming soon: Manager SSO. Yes, you read that right. We’ll be implementing SSO functionality for managers to seamlessly access manager-specific content on the new Intranet.

As we monitor the performance and engagement of the Intranet, keep in the mind that we’re already thinking of ways to improve functionality in round two of enhancements.
