Every thank you, shoutout, and PowerPlay helps reinforce the culture we’re building together at eMoney. In the first half of 2026 alone, employees recognized one another thousands of times for living our values and making a difference for teammates and customers alike.
It’s clear that support, teamwork, and appreciation continue to be a big part of how we work together across eMoney. Among those thousands of recognition moments, a few names kept appearing again and again. Meet our Q1 and Q2 PowerHitters…!
Our Powerhitters are the employees whose names kept popping up in eMpower – our rewards and recognition platform – recognitions throughout the quarter. Whether lending a hand, tackling tough problems, or going above and beyond for customers and teammates, they earned the appreciation of the people who work alongside them every day.
One of the fun parts of recognition is seeing what employees do with the rewards they’ve earned along the way.
Several employees are putting their points toward travel and experiences.
Oksana Kaleeva recently redeemed points for Amtrak tickets for a trip to New York City.
Elana Sadok is currently saving toward an Amtrak gift card for an upcoming NYC trip.
Sometimes recognition looks like a coffee run or a favorite meal delivery.
Amanda Burkart is saving for the holidays but occasionally redeems points for a DoorDash coffee treat.
Elana Sadok has also redeemed points for Starbucks and DoorDash gift cards because, in her words, she loves “free food and coffee.”
Recognition can also support the things employees enjoy outside of work.
Ariana Cueto uses points for hobby supplies and the little things that make free time more enjoyable.
Chris Conca typically saves his points for Amazon or Guitar Center gift cards.
Some employees save their points for larger purchases and family moments.
Lisa Brassell recently used points to help buy her daughter a new bike and is saving some for herself as well.
Rob Beachley enjoys redeeming points for Amazon, Nike, and Adidas gift cards as a way to treat himself.
For many employees, the recognition itself means just as much as the rewards.
