Our Building Our Culture Together pulse survey is officially open!

From now through May 15, you’ll have the chance to share your thoughts on what’s working, what’s evolving, and where we can continue improving as a place to do meaningful, engaging work.

A few things to note:

• It’ll take less than 20 minutes
• Responses are confidential (see below)
• Accessible on desktop or mobile
• Includes updated headers to help clarify questions about leadership vs. your manager

A quick note on confidentiality. Your voice matters, and your privacy does too. All responses are confidential. Individual responses are not accessible to anyone at eMoney. Results are only reported in aggregated groups, and to further protect your privacy, no results are for any group with fewer than three responses.

Once the survey closes, we’ll partner with Culture Amp to review results, benchmark against industry insights, and identify clear, actionable next steps.
