As eMoney’s Learning and Development Manager, Doug focuses on creating simple, practical ways for employees to grow – whether that’s through trainings, creating shared resources, or helping managers connect their teams’ strengths to meaningful work.
But ask Doug his favorite part of the job, and it’s not the content – it’s the people. He sees every session as a two-way street and he walks away learning just as much as he teaches!
When it comes to development, he keeps it simple: Focus on communication. From asking better questions to listening more intentionally, small improvements can have a big impact on how we work together every day.
