To help you take care of yourselves and your loved ones, we’re providing two COVID Sick days (16 hours) under the new 2021 COVID Sick Leave Policy to all benefits-eligible employees.*
You can use COVID Sick Leave if you are unable to work for any of the reasons listed below, including but not limited to:
This new policy is effective retroactively from January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. To submit COVID Sick Leave, select COVID PTO from the drop-down options in ADP. If you have used ‘regular’ PTO for a COVID-related reason between January 1, 2021, and today, please email benefits@emoneyadvisor.com to cancel your request and re-submit.
Please note: *California-based employees are not eligible for COVID Sick Leave as they must follow a separate, state-legislated policy for COVID-related PTO. An email was sent April 1 to all California-based employees and their managers with details about the California state policy. Please contact PX with questions.
The COVID Risk Committee and Facilities teams are currently developing plans to reopen eMoney’s offices in early Fall. We want to make it clear that you are not required to return to the office; however, we are aiming to open our offices – with multiple safety precautions intact – as an option for those who are interested in returning.
We continue to monitor CDC and state guidelines to inform our plan. Since guidelines and regulations frequently change, we do not yet know what will be specifically required for employees to return to the office or what restrictions will be in place. We expect to communicate a comprehensive plan over the next few months so you can plan accordingly.
In the meantime, if you need office access for any reason, please submit a request to officeaccessrequests@emoneyadvisor.com.
At this time, business travel is still prohibited. If you have a business need to attend a live event or travel for any reason, please talk to your manager before making arrangements. Approval from your CLT member is needed to book travel.
If you have questions about the updates above, please reach out to your manager, email the PX team, or post in the CLT chat.
