Additional Needs Analysis Modules
Debt Paydown and Annuity Income modules will release on 12/1 (meeting LPL contract obligations on time). Additional modules/enhancements will follow. These + already-released modules account for > 80% of classic NA module usage. When classic Needs Analysis is sunset, any previously-generated analyses will be sunset as well, so users will be encouraged to preserve any previously-run analyses of their choosing. We will begin communicating to users Q4 2025 our intent to sunset legacy NA in Q4 of 2026. This communication will be via email and in-app messaging. This will give users ~1 year / multiple partner review cycles advanced notice. Learn more about the eventual sunset… Learn more about the in-app sunset message releasing December 1st.
NEW Plan Comparison (Evolution of Goal Planner)
We’re rebuilding Goal Planner, creating a faster, more efficient experience. We’re also providing access to this new experience from within Decision Center. We’re targeting release in January to AP users with subsequent enhancements to follow. Upon release, users will be able to toggle between the new and classic versions until the classic version is sunset in December 2026. Product will host a train-the-trainer in early December (also when internal teams can get hands on the new experience) and will host one-off team-specific trainings/Q&A sessions upon request. Marketing will provide coming soon messaging to users in December, where we’ll also give advanced notice for the December 2026 sunset of the classic version. This will give users ~1 year / multiple partner review cycles advanced notice of the eventual sunset. Learn more about the eventual sunset…
CoPlanner (formerly known internally as “autonomous planning”)
CoPlanner has been live in beta since March 2025 and will make its debut more broadly in March/April 2026 across Plus, Pro, and Premier packages. This feature, with the click of a button, analyzes the client in context and produces a series of system-generated techniques (aka a system-generated plan) that achieve a user’s desired probability of success, dramatically reducing time-to-plan which helps enable scale. Anyone internally interested in getting their hands on this feature can already do so in the ema/demo/emoney demo office 😊. Product will host a train-the-trainer, to re-educate internal partners on this feature on 12/4 and will host one-off team-specific trainings/Q&A sessions upon request.
NEW Foundational Planning
We’re rebuilding Foundational Planning to be a far more streamlined and intelligent planning experience (thanks to CoPlanner being embedded in FP just as it is in DC), where simple data entry results in (1) the system intelligently curating the user’s workflow, and (2) CoPlanner’s ability to produce a series of system-generated techniques (aka a system-generated plan). Upon release in March/April 2026, users will be able to toggle between the new and classic versions until the classic version is sunset in December 2026. This will give users 1 year / multiple partner review cycles heads up. Learn more about the eventual sunset…
