eMoney’s Core Values Awards 🫶

As part of our 25^th anniversary celebration, the Employee Engagement Committee (EEC) is thrilled to announce the launch of eMoney’s Core Values Awards – a new recognition program designed to celebrate employees who truly live our Core Values every day: Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, Collaboration, Creativity, and People First.

These awards are intended to recognize the how behind the what – the people who rely on our core values to elevate the work they do each day while collaborating with colleagues and supporting our clients. These individuals strengthen both our culture and our business and help make eMoney a great place to work.

Here’s how it works:

• Anyone can nominate a colleague who embodies one or more of our Core Values.
• Share their story and impact: Tell us how this person brings our core values to life – in how they collaborate, support their team, and serve our clients. Describe how their actions, attitude, or mindset have made a meaningful difference. Curious to know what makes a good nomination? Here’s an example.
• Review Committee: Members from the DEI Leadership Council (DEILC) and EEC will come together to review all nominations thoughtfully to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with eMoney’s core values. If any members from the review committee are nominated, they’ll sit out of the review process.
• Recognition: Each winner will receive a custom trophy and a digital certificate to share and display with pride, a $250 gift card, and a $250 donation to the charity of their choice – celebrating both their achievement and the positive impact they have created beyond eMoney.

The Core Value Awards expand our recognition-driven culture by celebrating the everyday actions and behaviors that reflect who we are – complementing the eMoney Excellence Awards, which honor exceptional achievements and business impact.

Our values are more than words – they show up in how we collaborate, innovate, and support one another every day. Let’s take the time to recognize the incredible people who make that possible!
