As previously announced, IT Corp Ops rolled out a newly enhanced version of the Service Portal at the end of the summer, which includes new features designed to make it easier for you to access services and records on the portal. Starting Monday, Oct. 13, the new Service Portal home page will be set as the default page. If you want to access the older version of the portal, please click the button in the upper right hand corner as shown below.
Please note: The old version of the Service Portal will be fully retired at the end of the year and no longer accessible to employees.
