It’s a big milestone – not just for the company, but for me personally. I started at eMoney right after having my first child, while living in CA and looking to move back home to Philly to be closer to family. I started out in client support, answering phones in the queue, and over the years I’ve had the chance to grow into new roles and departments. Now, with two kids and a home of my own, eMoney has been part of every step of that journey. The culture here has always made me feel supported, and I really believe in our mission and vision. This anniversary is a reminder of how far we’ve come and how excited I am for what’s ahead.
The people. I’ve built strong relationships across teams, and I’m continually inspired by the collaboration, passion, and support that define our culture. It’s a place where I feel valued and where I can make a meaningful impact.
I believe eMoney will continue to lead the market with a platform that evolves to meet the needs of advisors today and tomorrow. By staying true to our core and doubling down on what made us great, we’ll continue to innovate and shape the future of financial planning.
I joined eMoney in 2015 in Client Support, and from the beginning, I dove into learning the software. Within my first 11 months, I was honored to be nominated for – and win – a Gold Stevie Award for Client Support Professional of the Year. While in that role, I also began writing “Tip of the Week” articles for the eMoney blog, which caught the attention of the Marketing team.
That opened the door for me to move into Retention Marketing, where I worked under Brynn de Garavilla. I managed email communications to our users and handled workflows in our marketing automation platform. eMoney has always encouraged me to invest in myself, so I earned several certifications through HubSpot and was even named a HubSpot Champion User in 2020 – an award given to the top 1% of users nationally.
From there, I moved into a supervisor role on the Retention Marketing team, which gave me the chance to lead while continuing to work on communications and strategy. But I also found myself drawn more and more to the product side of things. I started collaborating closely with the Product Marketing team, helping shape go-to-market messaging and positioning. So when a role opened up on the Product Marketing team that aligned with the Financial Planning Agile Release Train, I jumped at the chance and was thrilled to be offered the position.
In my current role as a Product Marketing Manager, I’ve had the chance to influence how we position our products and communicate their value – not just externally, but across the entire organization. I work closely with Sales, Client Support, Retention Marketing, Demand Gen, and other client-facing teams to ensure they’re equipped with the right messaging, tools, and insights to succeed. It’s incredibly rewarding to help shape how we bring our product to market and to see that work make a real impact. Along the way, I’ve continued to invest in my growth – earning certifications as a SAFe Practitioner, Pragmatic Certified Product Marketer, and PMMC (Product Marketing Certified) through the Product Marketing Alliance. eMoney has given me the space and support to grow, and I’m proud to be part of a team that cares just as much about our clients as our coworkers.
