Random Coffee makes connecting with colleagues simple and fun. Every other month, three employees are randomly matched for a quick 15-minute chat. It’s voluntary, easy, and a great way to meet coworkers from across the company – whether they’re in a different department or on a completely different team. The matches are truly random (we can’t control who gets matched!), so there’s always a surprise. Matched with someone you already know? Perfect. Use the time to strengthen that connection.
