What I love about eMoney is the mindset of trying new things – if it works, we run with it; if not, we learn and move on. That spirit of trust and innovation is something I hope continues for the next 25 years.
I believe eMoney’s success will only grow, and we’ll continue to find new opportunities to expand and evolve our offerings.
I started at eMoney focused solely on administering our learning platform. But I quickly saw opportunities to improve how we worked – like automating manual processes that delayed system access for new hires. With the support of my leaders, I was able to turn those solutions into real impact. Two years later, that work led to the creation of the HRIS Manager role, and now, four years in, I’ve grown into the role of Senior HRIS Manager.
One accomplishment I’m especially proud of is creating a process to automatically import training completions from five different content providers into SumTotal (DIG). Now, every employee has one unified transcript they can reference during the review process – no matter where they completed their training.
