• 2024 performance bonuses will be paid out on Friday, March 14, 2025, and will appear as a separate paycheck.
• Base comp increases will be reflected in the March 24 (effective March 1) paycheck.
• Your managers will talk with you about potential bonuses and potential base compensation increases during your Performance Appraisal 1:1s in late February/early March.

The bonus funding for 2024, as previously communicated by the Leadership Team during the January Town Hall, is 125%.
