Representatives from Headspace provided an overview of Headspace Care – a new expansion of our free Headspace benefit. What is Headspace Care? Announced at the end of January, Headspace Care provides you and up to five dependents (ages 13+) eight free, confidential sessions annually with licensed therapists or psychiatrists.
